The Healthy Brand Company was founded by Rachel Bevans in 2012 to bring together her diverse business and brand experience, passion for health and wellness and curiosity for what motivates people. 

We believe that only a brand that is healthy – aligned, engaged and activated – inside and out drives behaviour change, brand value and business results.

We offer clients and agencies senior experience, a holistic external perspective and flexible ways of working, without the fixed overheads. Giving you the internal capacity, objectivity and agility to drive change.

OUR BUSINESS MODEL

Rachel operates in a project, freelance or contract capacity, driving the project, strategy and planning and becoming part of your team, working with your people and agencies.
Rachel provides cross-functional team structure, people and agency recruitment and selection, coaching and performance management.

 

We scale up quickly to manage larger projects and activate across touch-points with our network of trusted independent associates and agencies.
Ensuring the right people capability and culture is harnessed for our client’s needs.

About rachel

Rachel is a strategic marketer, brand and communications planner and business director with over 25 years’ experience leading and motivating people to drive and transform organisations to be brand-driven, customer-centric and employee-engaged.

Her experience spans local, regional and global roles: marketing in Unilever, News Limited, Glenfiddich and Westpac; and consulting in brand and design, advertising and research agencies.

Rachel has participated in the healthy agenda throughout her life, evident in her energy and enthusiasm, motivation philosophy and principles, and workshop tools and techniques.
