The Healthy Brand Company was founded by Rachel Bevans in 2012 to bring together her diverse business and brand experience, passion for health and wellness and curiosity for what motivates people. 

We believe that only a brand that is healthy – aligned, engaged and activated – inside and out drives sustainable behaviour change, brand value and business results.

We offer clients and agencies senior experience, a holistic external perspective and flexible ways of working, without the fixed overheads. Giving you the internal capacity, objectivity and agility to drive change.


Rachel is your primary point of contact for driving the project and leading research, strategy and planning. She operates in a project, freelance or contract capacity, working with your team and agencies, to engage employees, customers and stakeholders across and outside the organisation. 

We scale up quickly to manage larger projects and activate across touch-points with our network of trusted independent associates and agencies across: design, art direction, copywriting, quantitative and qualitative research partners, behavioural science, sustainability, digital media, WordPress website design and production, public relations.

About rachel

Rachel is a business-to-brand strategist and researcher, strategic marketer and business director with over 28 years’ experience understanding and motivating people to transform organisations to be brand-driven and human-centric. 

Her experience spans local, regional and global roles: marketing in Unilever, News Limited, Glenfiddich and Westpac; and consulting in brand and design, advertising and research agencies.

Rachel has participated in the healthy agenda throughout her life, evident in her energy and enthusiasm, motivation philosophy and principles, and workshop tools and techniques.
