Rachel is a business-to-brand strategist and researcher, strategic marketer and business director with over 30 years’ experience understanding and motivating people to transform organisations to be brand-driven and human-centric. 

Her experience spans local, regional and global roles: marketing in Unilever, News Limited, Glenfiddich and Westpac; and consulting in brand, design and innovation, research and advertising agencies.

Rachel has participated in the health and wellbeing agenda throughout her life, evident in her energy and enthusiasm, motivation philosophy and principles, and workshop tools and techniques9

 

Our business model

Rachel is your primary point of contact for driving the project and leading research, strategy and planning. She operates in a project, freelance or contract capacity, working with your team and agencies, to engage employees, customers and stakeholders across and outside the organisation.

We scale up quickly to manage larger projects and activate across touch-points with our network of trusted independent associates and agencies across: design, art direction, copywriting, quantitative and qualitative research partners, behavioural science, sustainability, digital media, WordPress website design and production, public relations.
