A more holistic view of health where mental health is recognised as important alongside physical health and technology enables self-analysis, diagnosis and treatment solutions. 

Let’s just hope this leads to changing behaviour for prevention through exercise, nutrition, sleep and respect for self and others – not just a nation of cotton-wool kids and hyperchondriacs lost in the data, contradictory views and an overwhelming fear of action.

I recommend a dose of disconnection to balance this one out.
