#healthybrand: health.com.au is Uncomplexicated

After looking into @youi as a case study of a #healthybrand a few weeks ago, and being rather frustrated with my current health insurance provider, I was wondering when someone would develop a simple, customer-centric online health fund. Enter health.com.au ‘health insurance with a healthy attitude’. Although it seems I’m slightly behind the eight ball – they already have 45,000 happy customers and a Best Start-up award in Australia for 2013!! Very simple to understand, use and, as they promise, customer service with heart. Their satirical ‘uncomplexicates’ ad gently mocks the industry and brings a smile to my face. Sadly the extras cover doesn’t compare to mine 🙁
