If building a healthy brand is about a two-way relationship, then why are you not having a two-way conversation?

Nothing annoys people (yes those fans, followers, customers, consumers, clients are people) more than being ignored and feeling unimportant. If you spend less time telling people what you think is important and more time conversing with people to make them feel important and find out what’s important to them, your brand relationship will be stronger and longer.
