Raymond Neto is a top tier personal trainer, training out of Fitness First Newtown a
nd Rockdale, and Pro-trainer for fitnessU.
Having served in the Royal Australian Navy for 6 years and been a bodybuilder for 10, Ray knows what it means to be consistently challenged – it takes effort and discipline, setting goals and working towards them everyday.
Ray’s personal experiences have taught him that there’s more to goal setting than that. It’s about overpowering the negative mind to develop positive thought-processes and behaviours, to genuinely care about yourself ‘give yourself a break’ as well as others.
Ray applies this approach not only to his clients, but also to his own business and personal life. In living his brand, Ray already had goals and action plans, a significant amount of education and training processes and materials, a couple of websites and social media accounts.
To help Ray take it to the next level, we worked with Raymond Neto to define his business and personal brand – including vision and values, purpose and proposition, key messages, personality and tone of voice – providing him with strategic implications on his current brand architecture, toolkit and gaps, and developed a brand-driven business marketing plan.
To implement the strategy, we developed the brief for Ray’s brand identity and website that was briefed into Smart Robbie, one of our trusted affiliate agencies dedicated to helping SMEs.
Ray was an inspirational client to work with and we believe the resulting brand identity and website truly embodies the Raymond Neto brand. The work has already received a positive response from both Ray and his clients, colleagues and friends.

‘Rachel really captured what I stand for through her questioning and listening in a couple of workshops and meetings, to articulate the strategy in a brand book, that I continue to use as a guide for what I do and say. The strategy provided clear direction to Smart Robbie who has then executed with excellence. I’m really happy with the result.’ Raymond Neto
