Created in response to the challenging market conditions – rising operating costs, lower levels of productivity, skills shortage and delayed dissemination of technology and innovation – Mineler encourages collaboration to open up opportunities that meet individuals’ and company needs.
Delivered via online and mobile app, Mineler enables mining people to set up their own profile to explore their connections and potential opportunities in a safe and secure, interactive and user-friendly online environment.
We worked closely with founders Paul Faix and Ben Auld, to define Mineler’s brand positioning, customer segment profiles, propositions, customer journey and communications, key messages and touch-points, to deliver brand strategy, marketing and communications plans, budget and agency briefs.
Following strategy development, we’ve provided ongoing consultancy for activation and strategic direction for brand identity including imagery, tone of voice and collateral development.
Mineler launched to investors in July and to the mining industry in November 2014, receiving a positive response from investors, members and the industry; and already surpassing member acquisition goals.
