People are naturally drawn towards businesses, brands and people with similar or complementary values.
The challenge is that we all too often listen to our head and heart before our gut, our natural instinct. Which means you’re listening to external influences instead of your own internal ones.
That’s why it’s so important to define your brand values and have them written in a brand blueprint, along with your purpose, vision and objectives, positioning and personality, proposition and proof.
Whether you’re an individual or entrepreneur, a small, medium or large business; looking for a job or employees, seeking a business partner or supplier, wanting to retain or recruit customers, planning your advertising, media and PR.
By having your gut written down, it makes you listen to it.
Sometimes you’re still wrong about the other business, brand or person. Go back your gut, take stock and move on. #healthybrand #brandcoach #insighttogrow ????
