What is your customer value proposition? What is your offer to customers that is of value to them and will increase their value to you over time? 

What are their unmet needs and problems that your brand and business can solve? 

What are the products and services, important elements of the experience/marketing mix (e.g. price, distribution), and the functional, social an emotional benefits you are offering customers? 

If you have multiple segments, then how does this differ for each segment and what common to the brand and business overall?
